Beyond Form

Marco Mandrino

What is Beautiful is self-evident. It needs no explanation. When we are surprised by beauty our breath stops: for an instant everything remains suspended and becomes a sort of infinite waiting, a Saturday in the village that becomes an eternal present and mingles, with sweet melancholy, with the first shadows of Sunday.

Truth is unveiled and God is at our side. This is the infinite present beyond good and evil, life and death. It can only be lived; there are no roads to reach it or instructions to grasp it, it can only be lived.
