The Gymnasium Platonico is a physical place of CULTURE. The word CULTURE is to be understood as psychophysical knowledge and awareness, and not to be confused with a barbaric accumulation of information.
Authentic CULTURE knows no barriers between mind, body and spirit.
Here you can find classes in Yoga, martial arts and Tai Chi Chuan, practise meditation and other sports, as well as listen to quality music, take an active part in debates and book presentations, or indulge in the pleasure of a craft beer with something from our menu, whether beside the pool or lying on the lawn gazing at the stars.
