Cascina Bellaria is a place of culture, one of the few authentic places devoted to Platonism, where the culture of the body and of the mind are not split apart, but holistically integrated into one another.
Experiential knowledge, the only truly human knowledge, cannot do without the body. There is no real learning in a decaying body, just as there is no light in those who do not strive to understand themselves and the world they live in.
Ours is not a culture of the body or of the mind, but an authentic culture in the body, that is, an experiential culture.
