Interview with Herba Mate

They come from the sea and make a sound that echoes with sand and desert. The stoner rock of Herba Mate punches you in the stomach: it's heavy, hallucinogenic, and at times reminiscent of better-known bands like Fu Manchu and Nebula. We like them so much that we've invited them to play at our Rural Desert Fest (29-30 June 2018, Herba Mate 30/06), and while we wait to be properly pummelled by their sound, we asked them a few questions, which were read out by a voice that is not at all stoner but very stoned.
